If you come across an issue while you’re out delivering an order, for example, if you cannot locate a customer or a restaurant has run out of an item when you go to collect the order, you can get in touch with our Live Support team: or
- Use the chat function in your Rider App - it’s available in the menu section any time you are online.
- Call +61 (0)2 8320 8541 and choose option 1 to talk to a team member
