Can I change the map settings in the Rider App?

The Rider App will suggest a route for you to take to the restaurant or the customer’s address, but it’s up to you which route you chose to take.

To change your map and direction preferences in the Rider App, go to the ‘Settings’ menu to update:

  • Your route preferences, e.g. scooter routes without tolls
  • Your preferred map application, e.g. Google Maps or Waze

Please note that changing your map application may only be available on iOS.
